    • All concessionaires of Jaen Water District

  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
    • Payment of water bill, fees and charges

  • SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE:
    • Monday to Friday.
    • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • No noon break

  • Duration:
    • Padlocked /Pulled out Meter within 1 day
    • Mainline within 2 working days

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE

  • STEP 1

  • CLIENT :
    • Request for Service Reconnection

  • SERVICE PROVIDER:
    • Check the status of concessionaires account

  • DURATION:
    • 5 minutes

  • OFFICER IN CHARGE:
    • Customer Service Assistant

  • FORM:
    • Service Request

  • END OF TRANSACTION

  • STEP 2

  • CLIENT :
    • Sign service request form and proceed to cashier and present statement of account and pay

  • SERVICE PROVIDER:
    • Accept payment & issue official receipt

  • DURATION:
    • 10 minutes

  • OFFICER IN CHARGE:
    • Cashier

  • FEES & CHARGES:
    • Full settlement of obligations + Cost of Materials if there is any
    – ₱ 50.00 – Padlock
    – ₱ 150.00 – Pulled-Out Meter
    – ₱ 300.00 – 1yr Pulled-Out Meter
    – ₱ 500.00 – mainline

  • FORM:
    • Official Reciept
    • Collector’s Receipt

  • END OF TRANSACTION

  • STEP 3

  • SERVICE PROVIDER:
    • Prepare Maintenance Order

  • DURATION:
    • 5 minutes
