ABOUT THE SERVICE:
• Water bill payment should be on or before the due date reflected on the billing notice.
• Non-payment of your water bill will charge additional 10% interest of the current bill.
• 2months non-payment of your water bill will cause disconnection of water service.
• Payment of water bill /past due accounts on the disconnection date will stop the disconnection. -

• Monday to Friday.
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• No noon break -

• Within 5 minutes under normal circumstances
