• Monday to Friday.
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• No noon break -
Duration:
• Padlocked /Pulled out Meter within 1 day
• Mainline within 2 working days

• Sign service request form and proceed to cashier and present statement of account and pay -
SERVICE PROVIDER:
• Accept payment & issue official receipt -

• 10 minutes -

FEES & CHARGES:
• Full settlement of obligations + Cost of Materials if there is any

– ₱ 150.00 – Pulled-Out Meter
– ₱ 300.00 – 1yr Pulled-Out Meter
– ₱ 500.00 – mainline -
